We believe in putting the Lord first in everything we do, and that shows up in how we treat our customers — honestly, fairly, and with genuine care for the people we serve. Our goal is simple: find quality products and services, and pass them along to you at a price you can actually afford.
Who we are
Forever And Always Boutique is run by Robert Lemoine and his wife, a Christian family in Union Parish, Louisiana. Robert is a U.S. Army veteran, which is a big part of why veteran, military and POW/MIA gifts have always had a place on our shelves.
We've been buying, selling and sharing faith-based products since 2005. For years we set up at flea markets and festivals across the southern and eastern United States, which is where many of our Christian biker customers first found us. In December 2019 we stepped back from the festival circuit to focus on our store on Main Street in Farmerville and on this website, which now ships to all 50 states.

Our Story
We started as a kennel raising loving puppies, but when travel became a bigger part of our life, we made the decision to downsize to just a few pets and put our energy into something we could take on the road. Since 2005, we've been buying, selling, and trading at flea markets, trade days, and festivals across the country — and we've loved every mile of it.
We've visited markets from Dallas/Fort Worth, TX to Myrtle Beach, SC, and our family has now traveled to over 30 states, with plans to reach all 50. Our Timeline
- 2005 — Forever And Always was launched in October 2005 at open-air flea markets in north Louisiana, starting with Christian t-shirts and boutique-style clothing.
- ~2007 — ForeverAndAlwaysOnline.com was created to reach customers beyond the markets.
- 2009 — Festivals were added to our schedule, taking us as far as Illinois, Georgia, East Texas, and South Carolina.
- 2013 — We opened a brick-and-mortar retail store in Farmerville, Louisiana, and also launched ViSoR LLC, branching into real estate investments.
- 2016 — We acquired a neighboring business and added prepaid cell phone services for our customers.
- 2020 — Just before COVID hit, we launched The Lemoine Agency, offering critical illness and life insurance products to families.
- 2021 — The search for a rural internet solution began, and Backroads WiFi was founded as a service of Forever And Always Boutique.
- 2022 — We opened The Meltdown in Farmerville, LA — a snow cone trailer giving our kids a hands-on way to learn what it takes to run a business and earn their own money.
- April 2022 — Backroads WiFi officially launched as an affordable, no-contract rural internet solution serving customers across all 50 states — no satellite equipment required.
