Veterans Day Gifts That Honor Faith and Service

Posted by Robert Lemoine on 2026-10-25

Veterans Day is November 11. If you've got a veteran in your life, you already know the hard part: most of them don't want a fuss made. They'd rather you just say thank you and leave it at that.

We're a veteran-owned family business, and here's what we've found works. Give him something he'll actually use, that says you're proud of him without a speech.

Quick answer: the best Veterans Day gifts under $40

  • A veteran t-shirt with a KJV verse he can wear to the Veterans Day program and every week after.
  • A POW/MIA or branch du rag for the veteran who rides.
  • A veteran patch for his vest or jacket. Patches ship free.
  • A matching shirt for the family, like Proud Veteran Wife or Proud Son of a Veteran.

For the veteran himself

Our veteran t-shirts cover every era, from Korea and Vietnam to Desert Storm, plus Combat Veteran, Disabled Veteran and Proud U.S. Veteran designs. Most carry a verse from the King James Bible, because faith carried a lot of us through. For something made just for this week, see our Veterans Day shirts.

For the veteran who rides

Our military and POW/MIA du rags come in Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Veteran designs. They're made in the USA with a built-in sweatband, and they're a limited supply, so grab one while they last. Add a few veteran and patriotic patches for the vest.

For the family that waited at home

Military spouses and kids served too. Our veteran collection includes Proud Veteran Wife, Proud Veteran Dad, Proud Son and Proud Daughter of a Veteran shirts, and grandkids' sizes for the little ones.

Order in time

Shirts are printed to order, so give them a week or so to arrive. Shipping is a flat $10 to all 50 states, or free on orders over $75. Du rags and patches can be picked up at our Farmerville store if they're in stock; call (318) 381-9449 to check.

However you say it this year, say thank you.

"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." — John 15:13 (KJV)
